Welcome to the new blog for the Rotary Group Study Exchange trip to Brazil.
The 2009 trip will be comprised of young professionals from Savannah, Georgia, USA, who are selected as 'cultural ambassadors' and sent abroad in order to further international understanding, goodwill, and peace.
This blog will help to share our adventures with friends we meet on the road as well as friends back home.
After our first training session yesterday, it was clear that we all have a lot of enthusiasm for the experience ahead-- and a lot of work to do in order to speak coherent Portuguese. Tchau!
